Everyone comes into contact with cosmetic tubes in their daily lives. Plastic Cosmetic tube has become the most widely used packaging material in our daily life because of its advantages of convenience in use , various forms, and low cost. Cosmetic tubes can be seen everywhere in our lift. Such as facial cleanser tube, hand cream tube, eye cream tube, BB cream tube, toothpaste tube and so on.
But many cosmetic tubes have different materials. There are roughly several categories.
1. Classification by material: all-aluminum tube, all-plastic tube(PE tube), aluminum-plastic composite tube(ABL tube), and environmentally friendly materials tube(PCR tube).
1. All aluminum tube: It means that the tube are all made of aluminum material.
2. All-plastic tube: PE material is commonly used. It is composed of LDPE, HDPE and LLDPE.
3. Aluminum-plastic composite tube: It means that the tube is made of plastic material and aluminum materials, usually we call it “ABL tube”. Many hand cream tube use this material.
4. Environmental protection material: sugarcane tube recycled plastic. It means that the tube is made of eco-friendly material. Because more and more people pay more attention to our environment, and they are more inclined to choose environmentally friendly materials.
